Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order <br /> at 8:00 P.M. He introduced Cub Scout Pack 948. Webelo Randv Corvello led the Pledge <br /> of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows: <br /> Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer were present. Mr. <br /> Walker, City Manager, Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney, Mr. Warnick, Director of Public <br /> Works and Utilities, Mr. Harris, Director of Planning and Community Development, Mrs. <br /> Wagner, Assistant City Manager, and Mrs. Bengtson, Director of Parks and Community <br /> Services were present. ' <br /> <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker reouested that item 12c - Request for Annexation of 60 Acres on Happy <br /> Valley Road, be continued to the meeting of February 12, 1985, per letter received <br /> this date from the applicant, M. Grotenhuis. <br /> <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that <br /> the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 1-7-85 and 1-10-85. <br /> <br />b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1173, approval of PUD-84-15, application of Castlewood <br /> Valley Homes, Inc., for PUD (Planned Unit Development) development plan approval <br /> for a 129 unit single-family residential project proposed for the approximately <br /> 53 acre site located easterlv of the terminus of Mission Drive, Junipero Street <br /> and San Jose Drive. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1174, approval of PUD-84-17, application of Ponderosa <br /> Homes for PUP (Planned Unit Development) zoning and development plan approval to <br /> construct a 250 unit single-family residential project on an approximately 51 <br /> acre site located on the west side of Camino Segura, between the residences on <br /> the north side of Hansen Drive and the Pleasanton Canal. <br /> <br />d. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1175, amending Chapters 8 (sewage) and 9 (water) of Title <br /> II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, updating the Sewerage Code. <br /> <br /> e. Adoption of Resolution No. 85-28, authorizing purchase of two vehicles for the <br /> Police Department, and amending the Police Department budget in the amount of <br /> $15,000 for this cost. <br /> <br />f. Adoption of Resolution No. 85-29, approval of agreement with Bissell & Karn, inc., <br /> for engineering services for off-site work for the proposed Senior Housing Pro- <br /> ject, authorizing execution of the agreement bv the appropriate city officials, <br /> and amending the budget by $15,300.00 for this expenditure. <br /> <br />g. Adoption of Resolution No. 85-30, ordering the annexation of Annexation No. i08,~ <br /> Caroline/Riccio (Vineyard Avenue). <br /> <br /> <br />
