MINUTES <br /> of <br /> TIlE MEETING <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> January 10, 1985 <br /> <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer convened the Pleasanton City Council at 7:30 P.M., in <br /> the Pleasanton City Council Cham~ers. Councilmembers presented were: Vice Mayor <br /> Brandes, Councilmember Butler, Councilmember Mohr, and Mayor Mercer. Council- <br /> member Wood was absent. Mr. Walker, City Manager, and Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney, <br /> were present. <br /> <br /> The purpose of calling the Council meeting was to discuss the LAVWMA proposed <br /> expansion project. <br /> <br /> The Council went into Executive Session on three occasions to discuss possible <br /> litigation that could come about as a result of proposed splits of the export <br /> capacity that would be created by the LAVWMA expansion project. <br /> <br /> No action was taken by the Citv Council, and the meeting was adjourned at 10:50 <br /> P.M. to meet again in Regular Session on January 22, 1985, 8:00 P.M., in the <br /> Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> · ~ <br />~//~j~ES~ R. ~ALKER, CITY CLERK <br /> <br /> 1/~0/85 <br /> <br /> <br />
