INTERVIEWS FOR HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSIONER <br /> Mayors Brandes and members of the City Council met at 7:00 p.m. to inter- <br /> view the following candidates for consideration as a member on the Pleasanton <br /> Housing Authority Commission: <br /> <br /> Francis A. Mazur <br /> Ron Smith <br /> <br />" CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Frank C. Brandes, Jr., called the Regular Meeting of the City Coun- <br /> cil to order at 8:00 p.m., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as fol- <br /> lows: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes were pres- <br /> ent. Mr. Wa]ker, City Manager, Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney, Mr. Swift, Di- <br /> rector of Planning and Community Development, Mr. Okamura, Acting Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities, Mr. Hill, Fire Chief, and Mrs. Bengtson, Director <br /> of Parks and Community Services, were present. <br /> <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker requested that the following items be removed from the agenda: <br /> <br /> item 4o Refunding of Valley Business Park Assessment District No. 1982-2; <br /> item 12a Consideration of TMI Request for Annexation. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker stated that a letter has been received from Prudential In- <br /> surance Company requesting that item 8d - AP-86-O1, relative to the signing <br /> program for 4301 Hacienda Drive, be continued to the meeting of March 18, <br /> 1986, to allow for presentation of a proposal for the parapet signage program. <br /> <br />- Mr. Walker advised there would be an Executive Session held at the conclu- <br /> sion of this meeting to discuss labor relations and pending litigation with <br /> Barbara Ross and Ronald Nelson. <br /> <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, <br /> that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended thereto, <br /> be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 2-18-86. <br /> <br /> b. Proclaim March 1986 as Association for Retarded Citizens Alameda County <br /> Mental Retardation Awareness Month. <br /> <br /> - 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
