MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> August 19, 1986 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> Vice Mayor Karin Mohr called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to <br />order at 8:00 p.m., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as fol- <br />lows: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Wood, and Vice Mayor Mohr were present. <br />Mayor Brandes was absent. Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. MacDonald, City At- <br />torney, Mr. Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities, and Mr. Swift, <br />Director of Planning and Development, were present. <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker requested that the. following amendments be made to the agenda: <br /> <br />Add to the Consent Calendar <br /> <br />item 4t - Approval of Amador Valley Athletic Club Heritage Days Run. <br /> <br />item 4u - Ballistic United Soccer Club Parade Application. <br /> <br />item 4v - Acceptance of Fifty Foot Public Recreational Easement from Koll <br /> (Bernal Avenue Associates). <br /> <br />item 4w - Amendment to Contract with Alameda County for Disposal of Fill from Valley Avenue Extension. <br /> <br />Continue to September 2, 1986 <br /> <br />item 8c - PUD-81-30-35D, Application of Pacific Rim Development Corporation <br /> for design review approval to construct an approximately 103,700 <br /> square foot, five-building specialty retail complex, to be located <br /> on an approximately 9.7 acre site, located at the northeast corner <br /> of the intersection of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive. <br /> <br />item 12d-2 - Minor Modification to Case PUD-85-12, Stonedale Townhouses. <br />Dismiss from agenda <br /> <br />item 12b- Request for Annexation of Approximately 15 Acres on Trenery Drive <br /> (Corley) <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker advised there would be an Executive Session held at the conclu- <br />sion of this meeting to discuss pending litigation Ross case. <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Mohr advised that item 9c Adoption of Ordinance No. 1270, <br />Approval of Prometheus Development Company application, and item 12c - <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
