Brandes, Jr., called the Regular Meeting of the City Coun- <br />cil to order at 8:00 p.m., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as fol- <br />lows: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes were pres- <br />ent. Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney, Mr. Elliott, <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities, Mr. Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development, and Mr. Lee, Principal Planner, were present. <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker requested that the following items be added to the Consent <br />Calendar: <br /> <br />item 4r - Proclaim September 18, 1986 as United Way Day; <br /> <br />item 4s Resolution of Intention to Discontinue Park Use Area North of Mission Hills Park. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker requested that the following items be removed from the Consent <br />Calendar: <br /> <br />item 4d Acceptance of Public Improvements - Zone 7 Administration Building; <br /> <br />item 4q Approval of Agreement with Pleasanton Garbage Service regarding Cleanup Costs on Former Land Fill. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes stated he has received a request to continue item 4b - Adop- <br />tion of Ordinance No. 1273, Relating to Regulation of Noise Created by Skate- <br />board Ramps, to allow for discussion. Mayor Brandes declared this item con- <br />tinued to the meeting of October 7, 1986. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended thereto, <br />be approved: <br /> <br />a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 9-2-86 and 9-8-86. <br /> <br />b. Coninue to October 7, 1986.8:00 p.m., Pleasanton Council Chambers, Adop- <br /> tion of Ordinance No. 1273, relating to regulation of noise created by <br /> skateboard ramps. <br /> <br />c. Adoption of Resolution No. 86-424, authorization to execute a Deed of Con- <br /> veyance for electric facilities installed and constructed in Assessment <br /> <br /> <br />
