Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to <br />order at 8:00 p.m. Webelo Scout T~oup 901 led the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />flag. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as fol- <br />lows: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer were <br />present. Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney, Mr. Elliott, <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities, Mr. Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development, and Mrs. Bengtson, Director of Parks and Community Ser- <br />vices, were present. <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker advised the only changes to the agenda are two addendums as <br />follows: <br /> <br />item 12e - Review of Revised Draft Negative Declaration prepared for the <br /> Proposed Dublin/Pleasanton BART Park and Ride Lot - Stoneridge <br /> Mall Drive <br /> <br />item 13b - Consideration of Seventh Amendment to the Development Deferment <br /> Agreement for Sylvan and Jacqueline Gross <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be approved: <br /> <br />a. Approval of City Council Minutes for March 3, 1987. <br /> <br />b. Proclaim March as Women's History Month in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1301, approval of PUD-82-16-2M, application of <br /> HSC Development for a major modification to an approved development plan <br /> for a 39-unit single-family residential project to allow for an increase <br /> to a 48-unit project, to be located on an approximately 42 acre site lo- <br /> cated generally on the north side of Crellin Road opposite the intersec- <br /> tion of Rhine Way and Crellin Road: <br /> <br />d. Adoption of Resolution No. 87-97, approval of contract with PG&E for <br /> utility work on Valley Avenue; authorizing the City Manager to negotiate <br /> the most reasonable terms possible with PG&E and to execute those agree- <br /> ments on behalf of the City as soon as terms are agreed upon; and au- <br /> thorizing the City Attorney to intervene in the Public Utility Commission <br /> proceedings on behalf of the City and attempt to obtain rulings which <br /> would avoid the necessity of the City having to pay the 67% surcharge. <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
