Mercer recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at <br /> 7:45 p.m., to discuss labor relations. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to <br /> order at 8:00 p.m., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as fol- <br /> - ws: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer were present. <br />(.0 'C M ' Mr. MacDonald, <br /> <br /> Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development, were present. <br /> <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker requested that an item be added to the agenda as item 4u Au- <br /> thorization to send Notice of Intention to adopt Resolution of Necessity - <br /> Construction of Sycamore Water Reservoir. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker requested that item 5f - Report Transferring One Growth Manage- <br /> ment Unit Foxborough Estates, be moved on the agenda to item 4v. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR ~A <br /> lmembe and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br /> It was moved by Counci <br /> that the following items listed sent Calendar, as amended thereto, <br /> be approved: ..~ <br /> <br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 5-19-87. <br /> <br /> b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1313, approval of PUD-87-5, application of <br /> Stoneson Development Corporation to rezone from the RM-2500 (Multi-family <br /> Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density <br /> Residential District and for development plan approval for a 104-unit <br /> townhouse complex, to be located on an approximately 13.5 acre site lo- <br /> cated in the area bounded by Stoneridge Drive, Springdale Avenue, Gold <br /> Creek and Pleasant Hill Drive. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1314, approval of PUD-87-3, application of Tram- <br /> mell Crow Company and Callahan, Sweeney and O'Brien for development plan <br /> approval for a 212-unit apartment complex, to be located on an approxi- <br /> mately 7.6 acre site located in the area bounded by Owens Drive, West Las <br /> Positas Boulevard, the abandoned Southern Pacific Transportation Company <br /> Railroad right-of-way, and Tassajara Creek. <br /> <br /> - 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
