MI.NUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> November 17, 1987 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to <br />order at 8:00 p.m., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as fol- <br />lows: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer were <br />present. Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney, Mr. Swift, <br />Director of Planning and Community Development, Mr. Elliott, Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities, and Ms. Bengtson, Director of Parks and Community <br />Services, were present. <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker requested that an item be added to the Consent Calendar as <br />follows: <br /> <br />item 4s Acceptance of Deed from Frederick Lin and Jennifer Lin for Parcel 3 <br /> of Parcel Map 3681. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that item 4s be added to the agenda, after making a finding pursuant to Govt. <br />Code Section 54954.2(b)(2) that the need to take action arose subsequent to <br />the'agenda being posted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, <br />that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended thereto, <br />be approved: <br /> <br />a. Approval of City Council Minutes for November 3, 1987. <br /> <br />b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1344, approval of PUD-87o22, application of the <br /> Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for Planned Unit Development <br /> rezoning and development plan approval for an approximately 14,800 sq. ft. <br /> chapel and related improvements and a remainder area for potential future <br /> residential development to be located on an approximately 4.9 acre site <br /> located at 3574 Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br />c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1345, approval of PUD-87-24, application of <br /> Brookside Development Company {or Planned Unit Development rezoning and <br /> development plan approval for an approximately 5,650 sq. ft. automobile <br /> <br /> - ! <br /> <br /> <br />
