MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> February 2 1988 <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Mercer and members of the City Council met at 7:15 p.m., in Execu- <br />tive Session, to discuss labor relations. <br /> <br />CALl TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to <br />order at 8:00 p.m., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as fol- <br />lows: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer were <br />present. Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney, Mr. Swift, <br />Director of Planning and Community Development, and Mr. Elliott, Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities, were present. <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker noted that one item had been added to the agenda by addendum as <br />follows: <br /> <br />item 4q - Authorization to File a Lawsuit Against Favela Construction Company. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker stated that the following two items on the agenda would be con- <br />tinued to the meeting of February 16, 1988: <br /> <br />item 4k - Monthly Financial Report December 1987 <br /> <br />item lOa- Adoption of Ordinance No. 1349, Approval of PUD-80-15-5D, Applica- <br /> tion of Tioga Construction Company. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker requested that an item be added to the agenda as an urgency <br />item as follows: <br /> <br />item 12b- Appointment of Council Representatives to the Alameda County Waste <br /> Management Authority. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Bran- <br />des, that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended <br />thereto, be approved: <br /> <br />a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 1-19-88. <br /> <br />b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1351, approval of PUD-87-4-1M, application of <br /> John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson for a major modification to an approved <br /> development plan for a 264-unit condominium complex located on the north <br /> <br /> - 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
