Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the <br /> City Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> - Deputy City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll which is <br /> recorded as follows: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, <br /> Tarver, and Mayor Mercer. Staff members present were: Mr. <br /> Bocian, Assistant City Manager; Mr. Roush, City Attorney; Mr. <br /> Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; and Mr. <br /> Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities. <br /> <br /> 3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Mr. Bocian indicated that there were no amendments to the <br /> Agenda. <br /> <br /> 4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer requested that Item 4p - Health and Welfare <br /> Benefits Provided to City Council, be discussed under REPORTS OF <br /> THE CITY ATTORNEY as Item 13c. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Mr. Brandes, that <br /> the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 11-7-89. <br /> <br /> b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1435, approving the <br /> application of Currin Construction to rezone an <br /> approximately 39,500 sq. ft. site located on the <br /> northeast corner of Bernal Avenue and Pleasanton Avenue <br /> from the "A" (Agricultural) to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Office District, or to any other zoning <br /> district consistent with the General Plan, as filed <br /> under Case PUD-89-14. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1436, approving the <br /> application of Kaiser Tech for Phase I Development Plan <br /> and to rezone an approximately 80 acre site located at <br /> 1677 Sunol Boulevard from I-P (Industrial Park) District <br /> to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial <br /> District or to any other zoning district consistent with <br /> the General Plan, as filed under Case PUD-89-11. <br /> <br /> -1- <br /> 11-21-89 <br /> <br /> <br />
