CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the <br /> City Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> Deputy City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll which is <br />recorded as follows: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer. Councilmember Brandes was absent. Staff members <br />present were: Mr. Walker, City Manager; Mr. Roush, City <br />Attorney; Mr. Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Mr. Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br />Mr. Smith, Director of Building Inspection; Ms. Bengtson, <br />Director of Parks and Community Services; and Ms. Rossi, Director <br />of Finance. <br /> <br />6. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Item 6a <br />Issuance, Sale and Delivery of the City of Pleasanton variable <br />rate multifamily mOrtqaqe revenue bon~s ~Vallev Plaza IT <br />Apartments), 1989 issue A. Refinancinq of the 1984 Issue A bond~ <br />and Approval of other related actions in connection therewith <br /> <br /> Ms. Rossi presented her report (SR 89:453) regarding the <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer declared the public hearing open on the matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. John Ferreri, one of the developers of Valley Plaza II <br />Apartments, indicated that 32 low to moderate income units are <br />being extended by four years, from the year 2001 to 2005. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mr. Mercer declared the <br />public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> -1- <br /> 10-17-89 <br /> <br /> <br />
