Mercer called the R~gular Meeting of <br />the City Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Karin Mohr, Dorothy N. Scribner, Ben <br />Tarver, and Mayor Mercer. Councilmember Robert E. Butler was <br />absent. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; <br />Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of <br />Planning and Community Development; Joseph Elliott, Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities; Dolores Bengtson, Director of Parks and <br />Community Services; and Sue Rossi, Director of Finance. <br /> <br />3. AGENDAAMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta requested that Item 4d - Approval of Improvement <br />Plans, Final Map and Subdivision Aqreement and Storm Drain <br />Reimbursement Agreement for Tract 6311, Division Street Victorians <br />- Division Street Victorians, a California L~mited Partnership; <br />Item 4f - Acceptance of Public Improvements for 1-680 Easterly <br />Soundwall; and Item 44 - Review of Bids and Award of Contract for <br />the Removal of Various Former Southern Pacific Railroad Crossings, <br />Pro~ect No. 855055 be continued, and that Labor Relations, <br />Potential Litigation with Alameda Council Reqarding the Ruby Hill <br />Proiect and City of Dublin vs. Alameda County Waste Manaqement <br />Authority be added to Item 16 - Closed Session. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner indicated that the Minutes always include the <br />statement that a member of Staff presented his or her report. She <br />stated that the Minutes should be accurate, and since the report is <br />not really presented orally, this sentence should be omitted. <br /> <br /> After discussion, the City Attorney suggested the phrase "The <br />City Council accepted Staff Report No. ." <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> 3-5-91 <br /> <br /> <br />
