349 <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br /> OF <br /> THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> AUGUST 6, 1991 <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Karin Mohr, Dorothy N. Scribner, and <br />Mayor Mercer. Councilmembers Robert E. Butler and Ben Tarver were <br />absent. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; <br />Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of <br />Planning and Community Development; Joseph Elliott, Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities; and Dolores Bengtson, Director of Parks <br />and Community Services. <br /> <br />3. AGENDAAMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta requested that Item 8f - Report on Window Signs and <br />Sign Variances be continued to the August 20, 1991 City Council <br />Meeting and that Item 4e - Approval of Contract with ROMA and WPM <br />to Prepare the South Pleasanton Specific Plan and Environmental <br />Impact Report to the September 3, 1991 City Council Meeting. <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner stated that Item 10a - Draft Pre-Annexation <br />Aqreement for Ruby Hill has significant impacts which may be <br />critical to the City and should be discussed by the full Council. <br />She proposed that it be continued to the August 20, 1991 City <br />Council Meeting. <br /> <br /> After some Council discussion, Mr. Mercer indicated that <br />Item 10a would be continued to the August 20th Meeting. <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> 8-6-91 <br /> <br /> <br />
