281 <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br /> OF <br /> THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> JULY 2, 1991 <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council to order at 7:00 p.m., and Council adjourned to a Closed <br />Session to discuss Baker/Cox/Enos v. City of Pleasanton. Council <br />reconvened for the Regular Meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> Recording Secretary TerryBirkenfeld called the roll, which is <br />recorded as follows: Councilmembers Robert E. Butler, Karin Mohr, <br />Dorothy N. Scribner, Ben Tarver, and Mayor Mercer. Staff members <br />present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City <br />Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; and Joseph Elliott, Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta requested that the following amendments be made to <br />the Agenda: <br /> <br /> Item 6d - Draft Pre-Annexation Aqreement for Ruby Hill and <br />Item 8a - PUD-89-22, Bren: Review of Approved Colors for PUD-89-22 <br />- continue to the July 16, 1991 City Council Meeting; and <br /> <br /> Item 6b - Approval of Plans and Specifications and <br />Authorization to Call for Bids for Senior Center and Related <br />Improvements to be Located on a 17 Acre Site on the West Side of <br />Sunol Boulevard Opposite Mission Drive - continue to the August 6, <br />1991 City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that the <br />following actions be taken on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br /> a.
