Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> Members of Boy Scout Troop 943 led the assembly in the Pledge <br />to Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Karin Mohr, Dorothy N. Scribner, Ben <br />Tarver, and Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer. Staff members present were: <br />Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Dennis Beougher, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; and Joseph Elliott, Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Robert Butler and City Attorney, Michael Roush, <br />were absent. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> a. Item 6a, PUD-89-14-1D, Craiq S~orbera, was continued to <br /> the May 5, 1992 City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> b. Item 6b, PUD-91-5, Anita Davidson, was continued to the <br /> May 5, 1992 City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> c. Item 6e, Weed Abatement ProGram, was continued to the <br /> May 5, 1992 City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> d. Item 13a, Proposed Amendments to the Ralph M.
