143 MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL March 17, 1992 1. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 7:30 p.m. Members of Boy Scout Troop 922 led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. 2. ROLL CALL City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers Robert E. Butler, Karin Mohr, Dorothy N. Scribner, Ben Tarver, and Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and CommunityDevelopment; Joseph Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities; and Susan Rossi, Director of Finance. 3. AGENDAAMENDMENTS Ms. Acosta asked that Item 4g, Approval of ouit Claim to Versailles Investment et al.. Hacienda Commons be continued to the April 7, 1992 City Council meeting. Ms. Acosta also asked that Item 4o, Consideration of Alameda Countv's Formation of Waste Reduction Advisory Board/Local Task Force and Item 4r, Recommendation Supporting the Reoraanization of the Tri-Vallev Affordable Housina Committee be removed from the Consent Calendar for further discussion. Mayor Mercer indicated that Council would discuss these items under REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER as items 12f and 12g. Item 6a, PUD-91-5. Anita Davidson was continued to the April 7, 1992 City Council meeting. Ms. Scribner also referred to page 8 of the March 3rd City Council Minutes and asked that the motion regarding the snack bar at the Sports Park be amended to reflect that the Park and Recreation Commission was going to study alternatives before approving the funds to build a permanent snack bar. 3/17/92 i
