Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 7:30 p.m. v-- Members of Boy Scout Troop__led the assembly in the Pledge ~ of Allegiance to the Flag. ~ 2, ROLL CALL City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers Robert E. Butler, Karin Mohr, Dorothy N. Scribner, Ben Tarver, and Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and CommunityDevelopment; Joseph Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities; and Dolores Bengtson, Director of Parks and Community Services. 3, AGENDAAMENDMENTS Ms. Acosta asked that Item 4j, Review of Bids and Award of Contract for Unreinforced Masonry Repairs to Fire Station at 4444 Railroad Avenue and Item 6e, Gp-9~-7/SP-88-6. North Sycamore General Plan Amendment and Specific Plan be continued to the March 17, 1992 City Council meeting. Ms. Scribner asked that Item 4i, Approval of Contract with Craig and Faris Reali to Provide Snack Bar Vendor Services for the Pleasanton SDOrts and Recreation Park Softball Complex be removed from the Consent Calendar and be discussed with Item 5, Report on AllocatiOn of Ball Fields at Pleasanton Sports and Recreation Park. Mr. Tarver asked that the February 18th minutes be amended under Item 6c, Tentative Tract Map 6452, Signature Properties (Ruby Mill), to include his guestion of how many Level Service E intersections were included in that project, and that Mr. McKeehan answered that the project did not have any. 3/3/92 1
