Tarver called the Regular Meeting of the City <br /> Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Karin Mohr, Thomas P. Pico Jr., Dorothy <br />N. Scribner and Mayor Ben C. Tarvet. Staff members present were: <br />Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; <br />Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; <br />Joseph Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities; and Bill <br />van Gelder, Traffic Engineer. <br /> <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta requested that item 4c, Proclaim 1993 Miss Alameda <br />County Paqeant Week be removed from the agenda. She reiterated <br />that items 6a, Water Efficient Landscapes and Irriaation System-~ <br />Desian Ordinance, and item 6b, RZ-92-4, City of PleasantOn, were <br />continued to the January 19, 1993 City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta also indicated that item 12d, Proposed Chanqes to <br />California Environmental Quality Act fCEQA) recommended by <br />Association of Bay Area Governments' (ABAG) Modifications <br />Subcommittee was added to the agenda by addendum. <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner requested that item 4i be removed from the <br />Consent Calendar for further discussion. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver indicated that item 4i would then be considered as <br />item 12d, Reports of the City Manager. <br /> <br />.4... CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, that <br />the following actions be taken on the Consent Calendar, as amended: <br /> <br /> a.
