Tarver called the Special Meeting of the City <br />Council to order at 8:10 a.m. <br /> <br />~. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> The roll call was recorded as follows: Mayor Ben C. Tarver, <br />Vice-Mayor Dorothy Scribner, Councilmembers Rebecca L. Dennis, and <br />Thomas P. Pico, Jr. and Deborah Acosta, City Manager and Michael H. <br />Roush, City Attorney. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Karin Mohr arrived at 8:20 a.m. <br /> <br />3. Discussion of process to be used for interViewing/selectinq <br />the General Plan Steerinq Committee <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Tarver, and seconded by Mr. Pico, to <br />interview all applicants for at-large appointments to the Steering <br />Committee. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor <br /> Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, that <br />the interview process will include the creation of a short list of <br />questions. The applicants will be mailed the questions and asked <br />to return their answers to the questions beforethe interview date. <br />All applicants will then be interviewed for five (5) minutes.
