MINUTES <br />-- OF <br /> THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> July 5, 1994 <br /> <br /> 1, CALL TO QRDER <br /> <br /> Mayor Ben C. Tarver called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at <br /> 7:04 p.m. <br /> <br /> _Opening Comments: Mr. Pico was happy that Community Television was back on the air again. <br /> He thanked the School Board for meeting with Council regarding the school site issues. <br /> <br /> 2, ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> Sandra L. LeGate called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers <br /> Rebecca L. Dennis, Karin Mob_r, Thomas P. Pico Jr., Dorothy N. Scribner and Mayor Ben C. <br />-- Tarver. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Steven Bocian, Assistant <br /> City Manger; Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and <br /> Community Development; Randall L. Lum, Director of Public Works; Susan Rossi, Director <br /> of Finance; and GaLl Gilpin, Economic Development Manager. <br /> <br /> 3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta pointed out that the following items were continued to the July 19, 1994 City <br /> Council meeting by addendum: Item 6b, Request by George Schneider for Credit Against Water <br /> Connection Charges; Water Service Agreement; Item 7d, Application of St. Mini-Cab <br /> Cgrp_oration for Certificate of Public Convenience to Operate Taxicab Business in Pleasanton; <br /> and Item 10a, Extension of the Subdivision Agreement for Bonde Ranch, Tract 6483. <br /> <br /> Staff requested that Item 6a, In-Lieu Park Dedication Fees be continued to the <br /> July 19, 1994 City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver asked that Item 4g, Annual Baseline Traffic Report be continued to the <br /> July 19, 1994 City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico asked that Item 4m be moved to Meeting Open to the Public because there was <br /> a brief presentation planned for this item. <br /> <br /> 07/05/94 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
