Tarver called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at <br /> 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br /> Councilmembers Rebecca L. Dennis, Karin Mohr, Thomas P. Pico Jr., Dorothy N. Scribner <br /> and Mayor Ben C. Tarver. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; <br /> Steven Bocian, Assistant City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, <br />- Director of Planning and Community Development; and Randall L. Lum, Director of Public <br /> Works. <br /> <br /> 3, AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta pointed out that Item 4j, AbandOnment of an existing sanitary sewer easement <br /> in Tract 6545. California Reflections, Kaufman & Broad South Bay, Inc. was continued to the <br /> July 5, 1994 City Council meeting; Item 6a, Transmittal Of audit of financial transactions was <br /> continued to the June 21, 1994 City Council meeting; and Item 7c, AP-94-02 affected party: <br /> Mannie Joel and Martha Greist was continued to the June 21, 1994 City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> The following items were added to the agenda after the agenda was posted on May 31, <br /> 1994: <br /> <br /> Item 10f, Consideration of a request to dedicate as a memorial and to name the Hopyard <br /> Road/Pleasanton Canal Foot Bridge as "Children's Bridge"; and <br /> <br /> Closed Session: pending litigation - Alameda County Land Use ASsoCiation, et at. v. <br /> City of Hayward et at.; and potential litigation - Potential action against the County of Alameda <br /> concerning its certification of an EIR and approval of the Oak Manor development project. <br /> <br /> 06/07/94 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
