PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 180 <br />WHEREAS, the application of the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission, made under <br />Section 22.101 of Ordinance No. 309, to rezone that property bounded by <br />Division Street, the Western Pacific Railroad right -of -way, Rose Avenue, and the <br />Community Commercial (C -C) District on the west side of Main Street; and the proper.. <br />ty bounded by the Western Pacific Railroad right -of -way, Rose Avenue, West Angela <br />Street and Augustine Street, from an R -1 (Single- Family Residential) District to an <br />RG-15 (Residential Garden Apartment --1500 Square Foot Minimum per Dwelling Unit) <br />District under Ordinance No. 309 has cone before this Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, this Commission does find that: <br />1. Notice has been given as required by Section 22.104 of Ordinance No. 309; <br />2. The proposed amendment conforms with the Pleasanton General Plan; and <br />3. The public necessity and general welfare requires the proposed change <br />of district; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission does hereby recommend for approval by the <br />City Council the application of the Planning Commission for rezoning from <br />R -1 (Single - Family Residential) District to RG -15 (Residential Garden Apartment- - <br />1500 Square Foot Minimum per Dwelling Unit) District the following described property. <br />All that property bounded by Division Street, the Western Pacific <br />Railroad right -of -way, Rose Avenue, and the Community Commercial <br />(C -C) District on the west side of Main Street; and the property <br />bounded by the Western Pacific Railroad right -of -way, Rose Avenue, <br />West Angela Street and Augustine Street. <br />Dated: July 26, 1962 <br />ATTEST: <br />141 V9 c irman <br />Philip Landon <br />
