CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING CCVNI SSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 198 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has considered <br />the zoning of thirty -eight acres easterly of Santa Rita Road, <br />north of Alisal Elementary School, commonly called Delucchi property, which <br />is under consideration for annexation to the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing after due notice <br />and has heard arguments for and against zoning which would permit <br />construction of a mobile home park; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Planning Commission feels that increase of density in <br />said territory would be to the detriment of the existing <br />General Plan dated April, 1960, presently in effect as a <br />part of Ordinance No. 309. <br />2. Modifying said General Plan has implications which are not <br />justified at this time and which should be studied further. <br />3. Accordingly, the Planning Commission recommends to the City <br />Council that, upon annexation of said territory, the zoning <br />classification prohibiting mobile home parks be considered, <br />and particularly that said territory classified R -1 (single - <br />family residential). <br />Dated: January 17, 1963 <br />ATTEST: <br />es M.
