17 <br />THE CITY OF <br />j~L£~S~4NTONo CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />August 21, 2007 <br />City Attorney <br />TITLE: STATUS REPORT ON MAINTENANCE CONDITIONS AT THE <br />HACIENDA MOBILEHOME PARK <br />SUMMARY <br />In April residents of the Hacienda Mobilehome Park voiced concerns to the City Council <br />concerning maintenance conditions at the Park; many felt that the Park was not being <br />adequately maintained and posed a safety threat to the residents, many of whom are <br />elderly. Council asked that staff review the matter and return to Council with a report. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />None; report is for information only. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />None; report is for information only. <br />
