PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2402 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />APPROVING TRACT 5230 FOR FIRST RIDGEWOOD COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, First Ridgewood Company and Ditz-Crane have applied to subdivide <br />an approximately 15 acre site into 64 parcels, with a 6,500 sq. ft. <br />minimum parcel size, located at the eastern terminus of West Las <br />Positas Boulevard and bounded on the south by the Arroyo Mocho; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium <br />Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 28, 1983 the Planning <br />Commission considered all relevant exhibits, public testimony and <br />recommendations of the City Staff concerning this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed tentative map is <br />in conformance with the approved Planned Unit Development for the <br />subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Tentative Map 5230, application of First Ridgewood Company <br />and Ditz-Crane to subdivide an approximately 15 acre site into 64 <br />parcels with a 6,500 sq. ft. minimum parcel size located at the <br />eastern terminus of West Las Positas Boulevard and bounded on the <br />south by the Arroyo Mocho subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on Tentative Map <br />Tract 5230 on file with the City. <br />2. That Tentative Map Tract 5230 is subject to all conditions contained <br />in the report from the City Engineer dated 11/28/83, attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage <br />and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON <br />THE 28TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: November 28, 1983 <br />
