PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON _. COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2403 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-83-9 FOR AMADOR VALLEY INVESTORS WHEREAS, Amador Valley Investors has applied to rezone approximately 21.7 acres located approximately 1650 feet east of the existing eastern terminus of West Las Positas Boulevard from the "A" (Agricultural) to R-1-6500 or any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was adopted with the general plan change for the subject property and the the rezoning of the property was considered within the scope of that negative declaration, therefore, no environmental documents accompanied this applicaton; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 28, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all public input, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City Staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) zoning district to be in conformance with the General Plan land use designation for the subject site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends that the 21.7 acres described herein for case RZ-83-9 be rezoned from the "A" (Agricultural) District to the R-1-6500 (S±.n,^,ic- family Residential) District. ties±ion 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
