PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2405 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A FIRE STATION AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-22-1D WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for PUD (PfYnnfdrenstationlandent) plan approval of an approximately 12,000 sq. related facilities on an approximately 0.86 acre site located on the east side of Stoneridge Mall Road approximately 650 feet north of its intersection with Stoneridge Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial and Offices/High Density Residential and Open Space District; and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of November 28, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed development plan to be in conformance with the PUD zoning of the subject property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the approximately 12,000 sq. ft. fire station and related facilities on an approximately 0.86 acre site located approximately on the east side of Stoneridge Mall Road, approximately 650 feet north of its intersection with Stoneridge Drive subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
