PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2405 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />A FIRE STATION AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-22-1D <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for PUD (PfYnnfdrenstationlandent) <br />plan approval of an approximately 12,000 sq. <br />related facilities on an approximately 0.86 acre site located on the <br />east side of Stoneridge Mall Road approximately 650 feet north of <br />its intersection with Stoneridge Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial <br />and Offices/High Density Residential and Open Space District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of November 28, 1983 the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and <br />recommendations of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed development plan to be <br />in conformance with the PUD zoning of the subject property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the approximately 12,000 sq. ft. fire station <br />and related facilities on an approximately 0.86 acre site located <br />approximately on the east side of Stoneridge Mall Road, approximately <br />650 feet north of its intersection with Stoneridge Drive subject <br />to the conditions shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and made part <br />of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage <br />and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON <br />THE 28TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: November 28, 1983 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert arris, Secretary <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />~Z~ <br />Brian W.
