PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2406 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR SHEA HOMES AS <br />FILED UNDER TRACT 5248 <br />WHEREAS, Shea Homes has applied for tentative map approval to subdivide <br />approximately 58 acres into 50 residential lots and an approximately <br />48 acre remainder parcel with an average residential lot <br />size of approximately 5640 sq. ft. at the northeast corner <br />of Oakland Avenue and Mohr Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 14, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City Staff; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it was determined that the proposed subdivision conforms <br />to the PUD zoning and General Plan for the subject property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />- RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Shea Homes for tentative <br />map approval as filed under Tract 5248 subject to the conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br />Section 2.
