PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2408 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />MODIF~CATIONSTOTCASEEPUD-80D13GASPREQUESTED By~JOR <br />KEN GOOCH <br />WHEREAS, Ken Gooch and Associates have applied for a modification <br />to the conditions of approval of PUD-80-13 (Tract 5004) <br />an approximately 10 acre residential project consisting <br />of 28 single-family lots and an approximately 2.47 acre <br />area set aside for future townhouse development, located <br />on the east side of Rowell Lane to eliminate a required <br />access way from the project to an adjacent City park (Kottinger <br />Park); and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 14, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this proposed change; and <br />WHEREAS, this request is considered major as the developer has requested <br />that access between the end of Rowell Lane and Kottinger <br />and theremhasdbeenmmuchdcontroversypoverathis issuePUD-80-13 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-80-13-1M, modifying case <br />PUD-80-13 as herein described to eliminate the access between <br />the end of Rowell Lane and Kottinger Park. <br />Section 2.
