PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2409 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON DENYING A DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND REZONING <br />FOR PONDEROSA HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-83-24 <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />and1developmentRplaneapproval fo~ a~model homemsalesmcomplex <br />consisting of 5 lots, sales office and related facilities <br />on a 1.4 acre site located at the southeast corner of Hansen <br />Drive and Paseo Santa Cruz: and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 14, 1983, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did not feel it was appropriate <br />_ to rezone the subject property which would allow 5,000 sq. <br />ft. lots immediately adjacent to an existing R-1-6500 development <br />after considering public input and surrounding zoning. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Denies case PUD-83-24 as herein described for Ponderosa <br />Homes. <br />Section 2.
