PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2412 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-83-11, LEISURE SPORTS, INC. WHEREAS, Leisure Sports, Inc. have applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development)-zoning and development plan approval of a major addition to the Amador Valley Athletic Club for an approximately 181,000 sq. ft., 298 room, five story hotel/convention center, additional tennis courts and related facilities on an approximately 16.8 acre site at 7090 Johnson Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is IG (General Industrial) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 11, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant maps and recommendations of the City staff concerning the proposed rezoning and development plan; and " WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the staff indicated there would not be any significant impact on the environment should this application be approved because of conditions imposed in project approval. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the mitigated negative declaration for case PUD-83-11 as herein described. Section 2. This resoluton shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
