PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2418 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE RZ-83-11, APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, on December 6, 1983 the City Council indicated their desire to annex the 3.9 acre parcel located at 3885 Foothill Road and initiated prezoning of the property; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 11, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant maps and recommendations of the City staff concerning the proposed prezoning including the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the Staff indicated there would not be any significant impact on the environment as a result of prezoning this property to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Resisdential District. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-83-11, the application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone the 3.9 acre parcel located at 3885 Foothill Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential zoning district. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
