PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2419 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-83-11, <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, on December 6, 1983 the City Council indicated their <br />desire to annex the 3.9 acre parcel located at 3885 Foothill <br />Road and initiated prezoning of the proeprty; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 11, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant maps and recommendations of the City staff concerning <br />the proposed prezoning; and <br />WHEREAS, at this same duly noticed public hearing the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the negative declaration <br />for case RZ-83-11 as herein described; and <br />WHEREAS, PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential <br />zoning conforms to the Pleasanton General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends that the 3.9 acre parcel located at 3885 <br />Foothill Road be prezoned to the PUD (Planend Unit Development)- <br />Low Density Residential zoning district. <br />Section 2.
