PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2421 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING <br />APPROVAL OF THE MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR CASE PUD-83-21, VORELCO/INTEGRATED STORAGE CORP. <br />WHEREAS, Vorelco of California, Inc. and Integrated Storage Corporation <br />have applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development)-development <br />plan approval for an approximately 70,000 sq. ft. mini-storage <br />facility on an approximately 2.5 acre site located at the <br />southeast corner of Stoneridge Drive and I-680; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />General and Limited Industrial District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 25, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning the proposed development including the environmental <br />impacts of the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the Staff indicated there <br />- would not be any significant impact on the environment <br />should this application be approved because conditions <br />imposed on project approval would reduce any potentially <br />significant adverse effects to insignificant levels. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />prepared for case PUD-83-21, application of Vorelco/Integrated <br />Storage Corp. for PUD (Planned Unit Development)-development <br />plan approval for an approximately 70,000 sq. ft. mini-storage <br />facility on an approximately 2.5 acre site located at the <br />southeast corner of Stoneridge Drive and I-680. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 25TH DAY OF JANUARY 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty <br />Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />DATE : Janta ry 25 , 1984 <br />
