PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2423 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR BETH SWANK AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-83-61 WHEREAS, Beth Swank has applied for a conditional use permit to operate a child daycare facility for up to 12 children at her residence, 6268 Robin Court; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 25, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of the Zoning Ordinance and the purposes of the district in which the site is located; b) that the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it -' would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public, health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that the proposed conditional use will comply with all of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves case UP-83-61, application of Beth Swank for a conditional use permit to operate a chid daycare center for up to 12 children at her residence, 6-268 Robin Court, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed.
