PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2258 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />JAMES CROSS AND TEXACO, INC. AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />UP-82-24 <br />WHEREAS, James Cross and Texaco, Inc. have applied for a conditional use <br />permit to operate a service station, not including the sale <br />of gasoline at 44 Mission Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-F (Commercial Freeway) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 12, 1983 the <br />Planning Commission considered all public input, relevant <br />documents and the staff recommendations concerning this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location of the <br />conditional use is in accordance with the objectives of the <br />Ordinance Code and the purposes of the district in which the <br />site is located; and <br />WHEREAS, that the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions <br />- under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental <br />to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious <br />to the properties or improvements in the vicinity; and <br />WHEREAS, that the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the <br />applicable provisions of the Ordinance Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-82-4, application of James Cross et al for <br />a conditional use permit to operate a service station, not <br />including the sale of gasoline at 44 Mission Drive subject to the <br />conditions attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
