PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2260 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 5114 FOR CHANG SU-0 LIN <br />WHEREAS, Chang Su-0 Lin have applied for tentative subdivision approval <br />of a 50 lot residential subdivision of approximately 9.6 acres <br />of land located on the east side of Muirwood Drive between <br />Pecan Court and Lemonwood Way; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium <br />Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 12, 1983 the <br />Planning Commission approved a Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />for Tract 5114 after considering all public input, relevant <br />documents and recommendation of City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that Tentative Tract Map 5114 <br />is in conformance with the approved Planned Unit Development <br />for the subject property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Tentative Tract Map 5114, application of Chang Su-0 <br />Lin as described above subject to the conditions attached hereto <br />as "Exhibit A" and made a part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
