PLANNING COMMISSION <br />i CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2262 <br />l' A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL <br />OF A ONE YEAR EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE MAP <br />TRACT 4827 <br />[WHEREAS, Chang Su-O Lin has applied for an extension of a <br />tentative map for an 86 lot residential single-family <br />subdivision proposed for the 26.4 acre site located <br />west of the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks south of <br />the Arroyo Mocho and north of the terminus of Laramie <br />Gate Circle; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, on January 27, 1982, the Planning Commission recommended <br />a one year extension for Tentative Map Tract 4827 an 86 <br />lot residential single-family subdivision proposed <br />for the 26.4 acre site located west of the Southern <br />Pacific Railroad tracks south of the Arroyo Mocho <br />and north of the terminus of Laramie Gate Circle; and <br />WHEREAS, this extension was approved by the City Council shortly <br />thereafter; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owner is now seeking a second one-year <br />extension for this tentative map and such an extension <br />is allowable under State law; and <br />[•IHEREAS, a portion of the lots in Tract 4827 have been finalized. <br />Those parcels shown on the map as lots 1 through 47, <br />83 through 86 and 64 were included in the recorded <br />final map of Tract 4827 and homes are now being constructed <br />upon them; and <br />[4HEREAS, the remaining 32 lots are included in the proposed <br />final map for Tract 4974. This final map has not yet <br />been filed and in the event that such filing does not <br />take place prior to the 3/10/83 expiration date of <br />Tentative D4ap Tract 4827, the applicant is seeking the <br />one year extension of that map; and <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was previously adopted for the <br />project and the extension request does not involve any <br />changes to the design and, therefore, it is not deemed <br />a new project. For this reason, no further environmental <br />_ review is necessary at this time; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered all public input, <br />relevant documents and recommendations of the City <br />staff concerning this request for extension. <br />
