PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2267 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DENYING, WITHOUT PREJUDICE, THE APPLICATION OF VIC LUND FOR PUD APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-83-02 WHEREAS, Robert Connolly and Vic Lund have applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning and development plan approval for a 12 lot medium density residential project on approximately 2.4 acres located behind 306 Neal Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 9, 1983, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, pertinent documents and recommendations of the City Staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, there was an outcry against this proposal from the surrounding property owners because of density as well as the proximity of the proposal to older,heritage-type single-family residences in the vicinity; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission believes the project to be too dense and had concerns with disturbing the views of the existing residences within the area of the proposed development. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Denies, without prejudice, the application of Robert Connolly and Vic Lund for PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning and development plan approval for a 12 lot medium density residential project on approximately 2.4 acres located behind 306 Neal Street. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
