<br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2274 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL <br />OF CASE PUD-82-16, APPLICATION OF RALPH MARTIN ET AL <br />WHEREAS, Ralph Martin et al have applied for development plan <br />approval for the development of 39 parcels for single-family <br />residential use on an approximately 42 acre parcel located <br />on the north side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Low Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 23, 1983 the <br />Planning Commission recommended approval of a Negative Declaration <br />for this project, considered all public testimony, exhibits <br />and recommendations of the applicants and City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed zoning is <br />in conformance with the General Plan for the property which <br />_- is the subject of this application. <br />NOW, TIIEREFOP.E, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-82-16, application of <br />Ralph Martin et al for development plan approval for the <br />development of 39 parcels for single-family residential <br />use on an approximately 42 acre parcel located on the north <br />side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road subject to <br />the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 23RD DAY OF FEBRUARY 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Arrigoni and <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT:Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSTAIN:None <br />
