PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2275 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-82-10, MUTUAL LAND COMPANY WHEREAS, Mutual Land Company has applied for development plan approval for the development of 28 parcels for single-family residential use on an approximately 48 acre parcel located on the south side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- Low Density Residential and Open Space District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of ubbicatestimony83 the Planning Commission considered all p televant maps and recommendations of the City staff concerning the proposed general plan amendment including the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there might be a significant impact on the environment concerning geology and utilities but that conditions included in project approval would reduce any potentially significant adverse environmental effects to an insignificant level. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, public testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there would be no significant adverYOVal impacts upon the environment as a result of project app because of conditions imposed thereon. Section 2. Approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for case PUD 82-10 as described herein. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
