'~ ~ PLANNING COMMISSION ' CITY OF PLEASANTON - COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2277 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 5129, FOR FIRST PLEASANTON INVESTORS WHEREAS, First Pleasanton Investors has applied to subdivide an approximately 27 acre site into 49 parcels with an average parcel size of 7,500 sq. ft. and a remainder of approximately 15 acres located on the south side by the Arroyo Mocho; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 23, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony and recommendations of City staff as well as the exhibits accompanying the application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the subdivision application to be in conformance with the approved planned unit ^- development for the property and the General Plan land use designation. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Tentative Map 5129 subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 23RD DAY OF FEBRUARY 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Arrigoni and Chairperson Lindsey NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioner Wilson ABSTAIN: None DATE: February 23, 1983
