PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2118 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-81-34. <br />WHEREAS, Richard and Ursula Ultsch and Theodore Bates have applied <br />for prezoning and development plan approval for a 256 <br />dwelling unit project on an approximately 29 acre site <br />located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite <br />Sauterne Way; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is currently prezoned PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) Medium Density Residential District with <br />certain conditions governing its development; and <br />WHEREAS, at a duly noticed public hearing on December 12, 1981 the <br />Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration <br />for case PUD-81-34; and <br />WHEREAS, at that meeting the Planning Commission continued the <br />matter to their meeting of January 13, 1982; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated December 11, 1981, and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was again held on January 13, 1982 at <br />which time the public testimony and documents received on <br />December 12, 1981 were considered; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed application <br />(PUD-81-34) would not have any significant adverse effects <br />on the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the negative declaration for case PUD-81-34 <br />as prepared. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 13th day of January 1982, by the following vote: <br />/// <br />
