PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2120 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING PREZONING AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />RZ-81-21 FOR MUTUAL LAND COMPANY. <br />WHEREAS, the City has applied to prezone an approximately 48 acre <br />parcel located at the eastern terminus of Crellin Road to <br />the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Low Density Residential/ <br />Open Space District; and <br />WHEREAS, this application is a result of the subject property being <br />annexed to the City of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 13, 1982 <br />at which time all public testimony and documents were <br />received and considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Finds that PUD (Planned Unit Development) Low Density <br />Residential/Open Space zoning is consistent with the General <br />Plan. <br />Section 2. Recommends that the 48 acre parcel located on the eastern <br />terminus of Crellin Road be prezoned PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) Low Density Residential/Open Space District. <br />Section 3.
