PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2121 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-81-35 AS FILED BY JOE MADDEN. WHEREAS, Joe Madden has applied for Planned Unit Development zoning (PUD Commercial and Offices) and determinatipn of uses allowed for an approximately 13.7 acre site located at the northwest corner of Stanley Boulevard and First Street; and WHEREAS, current zoning for the property is A (Agricultural) District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 7, 1982 and received the recommendation of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration prepared 'for case PUD-81-35, application of Joe Madden. Section 2. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study and testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there will not be any significant adverse effects on the environment with regard to case PUD-81-35, application of Joe Madden, as described above. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on the 13th day of January 1982 by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairperson Getty NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None
