PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2121 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-81-35 AS FILED BY <br />JOE MADDEN. <br />WHEREAS, Joe Madden has applied for Planned Unit Development zoning <br />(PUD Commercial and Offices) and determinatipn of uses <br />allowed for an approximately 13.7 acre site located at the <br />northwest corner of Stanley Boulevard and First Street; and <br />WHEREAS, current zoning for the property is A (Agricultural) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated January 7, 1982 and received the <br />recommendation of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations <br />and environmental impact reports. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration prepared <br />'for case PUD-81-35, application of Joe Madden. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the review <br />of the Initial Study and testimony and documentary evidence <br />presented at the public hearing that there will not be any <br />significant adverse effects on the environment with regard <br />to case PUD-81-35, application of Joe Madden, as described <br />above. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 13th day of January 1982 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
