PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2125 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON REQUIRING ABATEMENT OF AN ANIMAL FARM <br />LOCATED AT 4031 STANLEY BOULEVARD. <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of January 13, 1982 the Planning Commission <br />made the determination that the existing animal farm located <br />at 4031 Stanley Boulevard would not conform to Section 2-6.14 <br />(Conditional Use), Article 5 (R-1 One Family Residential) <br />District of the Ordinance Code as well as Section 2-5.07.01 <br />of of the same code and supported the recommendation of the <br />County Health Services Agency not to allow the requested use. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That the animal farm at 4031 Stanley Boulevard be <br />removed within 60 days of January 13, 1982. <br />Section 2.
