PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2126 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR CASE GP-81-10 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the various <br />elements of the General Plan, where appropriate and necessary <br />to allow for modifications to the growth management system <br />of the City (formerly RAP, Residential Allocation Program); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received the proposed changes <br />to the General Plan at their duly noticed public hearing <br />on January 13, 1982 at which time the public was invited <br />to comment on the negative declaration and project proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of negative declarations and <br />environmental impact reports. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />_ Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration prepared <br />for case GP-81-10, a general plan amendment application <br />requested by the City of Pleasanton. <br />Section 2.
