PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2128 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF THE STAFF <br />REPORT DATED JANUARY 13, 1982 TO THE COMMISSION <br />REGARDING "LOWER INCOME HOUSING" EXEMPTIONS FROM <br />THE CITY'S GROWTH MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES. <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of January 13, 1982 the Planning Commission <br />received a staff report and recommendations concerning <br />"Lower Income Housing" exemptions from the City's Growth <br />Management Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS, this report was furnished to the Planning Commission for <br />their input and referral to the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends that the suggestions made in the staff report <br />dated January 13, 1982 regarding "Lower Income Housing" <br />exemptions be adopted except that 2~5_Years shall be <br />substituted for the word Permanent w~iere referring to the <br />period of time that dwellin' q~ must remain available <br />to those of lower income status. <br />Section 2.
