PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2137 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING REZONING AS FILED <br />BY ERNEST AND CHARLOTTE JONES FOR CASE RZ-81-25. <br />WHEREAS, Ernest and Charlotte Jones have applied to rezone approxi- <br />mately 4.5 acres of land located at the northwest corner <br />of Rose Avenue and Rose Lane from the "A" (Agricultural) <br />District to the R-1-10,000 (Single-Family Residential) <br />or R-1-20,000 (Single-Family Residential) District or to <br />any other zoning district consistent with the General <br />Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 10, 1982 <br />at which time all public testimony and documents were con- <br />sidered; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was recommended for approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Finds that PUD (Planned Unit Development) Medium Density <br />Residential zoning is in conformance with the General Plan. <br />Section 2. Recommends that inasmuch as the applicant proposes lots <br />of various sizes the :property described in the application <br />be rezoned to PUD (Planned Unit Development) Medium Density <br />Residential. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 10th day of February 1982 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: February 10, 1982 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert ~ arris, Secretary <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Brian W.
