PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2139 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REZONING AS <br />FILED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION UNDER CASE RZ-82-2. <br />WHEREAS, as a result of a recent zoning application (RZ-81-25), the <br />City of Pleasanton's Planning Commission initiated an <br />application to rezone two parcels totalling approximately <br />1 acre at 1550 and 1588 Rose Avenue (Lane) from the "A" <br />(Agricultural) District to the R-1-20,000 or R-1-10,000 <br />(Single-Family) District or to any other zoning district <br />consistent with the General Plan for continuity in the <br />area; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 10, <br />1982 at which time all public testimony and documents were <br />considered; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was recommended for approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Finds that R-1-20,000 zoning is in conformance with the <br />General Plan. <br />Section 2. Recommends that the properties described above be rezoned <br />from the "A" (Agricultural) District to the R-1-20,000 <br />(Single-Family Residential) District. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 10th day of February 1982 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: February 10, 1982 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J.
